What is your currency ?

We are shipping our goods around the world, so the standard currency is USD ($). Canadian Dollars is offer as well and you will be charge in CAD if this currency is selected.


What’s your return policy?

All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date you received the parcel. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Email us with your order number, reasons and photos of the Goods problem. More info in terms & conditions.


If my product does not work as describe, how can I be refund?

Our goal at Good Goodies is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return within 14 days of the complete delivery date from your online order. Please note, shipping return fees are not refundable. Emails us customers@good-goodies.com before returning a Goods in order to receive the return shipping address and others instructions. Keep all the packaging materials and shipping note, which may be necessary for processing your return request.
